Description

Original first press 1959 monster doo wop lp by The Skyliners on the yellow and blue Calico label #3000. this is a heavy deep groove press. the record is pretty clean. grade is strong VG to VG+ and plays at least VG+. some light surface noise heard between tracks and possibly in softer passages but not much. the jacket has some issues. the top and bottom edges have clear tape and the rest of the cover has moderate general wear. still doesn't look too bad. jacket grade is around VG. included in this auction is a re issue copy of the lp on the ACE label. the ACE lp has 3 extra cuts that aren't on the original Calico lp. "Lorraine from Spain", "Lonely Way", and "It Happened Today". the vinyl on the Ace lp is M- and the jacket is strong VG+. SEE OTHER RECORDS LISTED. WILL COMBINE.
