Description: Original 12" vinyl release LP by The Slits- Cut. 1st Uk Press- Matrix A-1U/B-1U. In fully laminated cover with inner sleeve. Record label and cat number : Island ILPS 9573 Country of release: U.K Year of Release: 1979 Vinyl/Cover condition: VG+ but plays Ex. Only significant mark appears across first track on side one and is inaudible. Played most of this today and sounds Excellent. /VG+. Inner in Ex condition.Slight laminate lift and creasing around spine. Bottom RH corner has been bumped at some point. No major defects and all in all a tidy, clean copy with excellent sound.. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System as follows:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. IF YOU HAVE 0 FEEDBACK PLEASE EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BIDDING OR I WILL CANCEL YOUR BID.
