Description

The Smiths: This Charming Man, German 12" RTD010T (1983).
The PassionsJustLikeMine website states that the German 12" release "may be the most beautiful for this title", and it's hard to disagree, and you won't be disappointed with the quality of this record.
The site also says: "The label typeset is almost identical to that of the regular UK 12", but its colour is a very rich-looking golden brown. The inner sleeve is a white paper one with glossy interior surface. The main sleeve shows the band's name on the front in bigger letters than anywhere else. The back of it is more or less the same as the regular UK 12" (including a Capitol-style Rough Trade logo), with minor differences in catalogue number and label credits."

There is also a typo in the lyrics on the rear of the sleeve; "Why pander life's complexities...?" instead of "pamper".

The vinyl has some very minor surface marks but, apart from that, it is in superb condition, as is the sleeve, which only has a couple of extremely minor marks/creases.  An excellent example of this particular release, and I doubt you'll find many better.  It has only been played a few times and has been in storage for over 25 years, rarely seeing the light of day.
I am reluctantly selling my entire vinyl collection. Most of my rare Smiths/Morrissey vinyl has already gone, but keep an eye on my other items for plenty of unplayed vinyl that has been very well looked after.  Any questions, please feel free to ask.
I will always combine postage if you buy more than one item from me, and I will send internationally if required. Please contact me for a postage quote if you are thinking of bidding.
