Up for sale is a Vinyl version of the self-titled album by The Smoke.  1968 US pressing on Tower Records (ST 5912).

Number of records: 1

Record Condition: VG/Good.  Record has some surface marks and scratches, most of which do not affect play.  There are some  prominent scratches on side one that produce a brief section of clicking on the 2nd track ("Looking Through A Mirror") and a few sections of prominent, steady clicking on the following song ("Self Analysis").  Some prominent clicks on the first 2 tracks on side two ("Fog Bound", "Song Through Perception").  Some steady clicking during the beginning of "Odyssey".  Occasional clicks and pops in other sections of the record.  No skips, with unaffected areas of record playing well.

Sleeve Condition: Storage wear, ring wear.  Top left corner of front cover is ripped and frayed, was probably a promo cut; damage can be seen on inner sleeve as well.  There are also some small holes near this corner.  Faint "For D.J. Use" stamped in the center of the bottom third of front cover. 

Everyone has a different set of grading criteria... So, to avoid any confusion, here's ours!

I do not tend to describe/grade the label on my records unless there is some obvious flaw... so if the label condition is important to you please ask me and I will let you know its condition!

Sealed: Only used for sealed records... Sealed records are assumed to be mint but, since they're sealed, I can't tell the condition for sure! It is good practice to guess the condition to be Near Mint.
Near Mint: Not perfect, but darn close! A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. This will most likely have occurred during packaging, or removing the record from the inner sleeve. Has been handled with extreme care. It should play without any noise over the flaw. The flaw should be very hard to see.
VG+: VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that don’t affect the sound are OK.
VG: Light scratches, slight background noise possible. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise won’t overpower the music otherwise.

Good: Record plays without skipping but does have surface noise. Scratches, scuffs and groove wear all possible on this condition.

Included with each record is a new plastic sleeve to keep your artwork safe!
