Description
The Specials A.K.A. “In The Studio”. Rare, original 1st Japan pressing LP+OBI+Insert. 1984 Chrysalis Records WWS-81663. Made in Japan. Out of print.
Beautifully preserved “Time Capsule” like copy. It’s as though you traveled back in time to 1984 and saw this freshly stocked on the record store rack. Stunning!
LP SLEEVE: No seam-splits, rips, or tears. Sharp corners. Crisp spine. There is just a faint hint of age discoloration on the inside portion of the LP Jacket, which is not visible from the outside. See pic.
INSERT: As new.
OBI STRIP: As new.
VINYL: beautiful, lush, deep black, silky sheen. When I carefully inspect the surface by tilting it at various angles under direct sunlight, some faint and lite line marks appear that are barely visible. These marks are even more difficult to see (if at all) under normal room light.
