Disc - weak VG (this is a starter copy)
Cover - G (top and bottom seams split whole way down, writing in ink on front,etc. - starter copy)
The Hot Ones, ST-5049
Disc - weak VG++ (remarkable shape)
Cover - weak VG+ (name in ink on front top, few slight creases, see pics)
