1989 SILVERSTONE RECORDS ORE LP 502
This album has only been played once or twice (as I bought this and a couple of 12"s (also listed) to see what the fuss was about, and wasn't convinced). The vinyl is in great condition with only very minor paper marks. The outer sleeve is still in the cellophane wrapper and the vinyl is in the original inner. The only thing to note on the sleeve is on the bottom right corner where the cellophane didn't cover and there's a tiny bit of the black frame rubbed off . I only mention these two things for completeness. Many people wouldn't even mention them.
The gold lettering and lemons are raised. The run off etching is A side Ore LP 502 A2 B Side Ore LP 502 B2

They came back, and then went pop. Quite simply, their debut album is a superlative record. A Byrds-like listlessness caused listeners to swoon in wonder and slip quietly beneath the surface. 'Waterfall' and 'She Bangs The Drums' were sublime and quietly brilliant, 'I Wanna Be Adored' teased with its epic intro, and, of course, created incredible and impossible pressure for that all-important second album. A classic album, already seen as one of the finest records of the '80s.
