This is California surf rock band The Surfaris playing "Scatter Shield" on Decca 31581 from 1963. This uncharted record looks and plays in NM condition and comes in a Decca Records company sleeve. The picture sleeve is a custom sleeve that was produced in Canada or England and is in MINT condition. This sleeve is a one-off sleeve that was not mass produced. This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record from the picture sleeve. This record is as close to MINT as you can get. You'll never need to upgrade.
