PLEASE READ MY DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY - THIS ALBUM HAS A FEW ISSUES

PRESSING DETAILS:  UK 1st Press (1A & 1A) Stamped.


SLEEVE: (G+) UK 1st press sleeve has mild wear from use and storage and is presentable but quite tatty in places. Some laminate lifting/bubbling to front. There is a 1" chunk missing from the spine (see pictures) and the original shop sticker is still attached on the back bottom left corner. Lots of staining to front and back. The spine text is scuffed but still readable. No writing.


INNER SLEEVE: (VG) Original paper polylined inner has light wear and mild creasing from use and storage. No writing and no stickers. 


RECORD LABELS: Side 1 (EX) Side 2 (VG+) No writing and no stickers. A few spindle marks to both sides (more on Side B) when angled under bright light.


VINYL CONDITION VISUALLY: Side 1 (VG) Side 2 (G+) Vinyl is flat and glossy with some light hairlines and paper scuffs to both sides more visible when angled under bright light. However, Side 2 has lots of long mild paper scuffs that cover half the side that look like the vinyl might have slipped on or been dragged across a rough surface and are clearly visible in normal light. Luckily they are superficial and do not affect the playing or sound in any way. This record has been stored for many years with dust noticeable in places.


OVERALL PLAYING GRADE: Side 1 (VG+) SIde (VG) Both sides play superb with barely any background crackle /static noticeable during the gaps and quieter parts of the music. A couple of pops on each side but that's it. The sound quality is amazing - far superior to any CD remaster or re-press with real warmth and detail. A very rare Three City Four UK 1st press record not to be missed!  



Strict grading using Record Collector grading system.  All records are play tested on a Technics SL-1210 MK2 record player with a Shure White Label Cartridge and Stylus. All records are sent in correct record mailers or cruciform box with at least 4 cardboard stiffeners and the vinyl removed for the the original inner and put in a new polylined inner sleeve outside of the cover to make sure no splits happen during delivery. All vinyl is sent tracked and signed for.


RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING

All records are graded using the Record Collector Grading System with (+) or (-) to show a slightly higher or lower grade.

M (Mint) : The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX (Excellent): The Record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VG (Very Good) : The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

G (Good) : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

F (Fair) : The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
