Description

The Time Zone (aka Mort Garson) - Space Walker (2:45) / Space Walker (2:45) (identical versions on both sides)

White Whale Records WW 269 - original US pressing - 1968 (promo pressing)

 

The Time Zone was Mort Garson's alias for this spacy guitar/moog/effect-driven instrumental.
The Canadian was a pioneer of electronic music and died in 2008.


According to my knowledge it was a promo-only release. I am not aware of any stock copies.


The vinyl surface seems to be worn/rubbed - possibly from moving the record in and out
the sleeve quite often and from extensive play. Both sides also show minor scrapes.
Therefor I gave it a VG grade. Nonetheless, the actual listening quality of both sides is truly excellent.
