Great copy of sought after album by the Troggs containing "Love is all Around"

I would grade vinyl as "Excellent". There is general light static crackle and hiss on very quiet passages, but it's probably always been like that. Visually there are just a few fine sleeve marks. Have not listened with a mono cartridge. Silver on Blue labels are clean and unmarked.

The original "flipback" sleeve (laminated front, matt back) I would also grade as "Excellent". There's a little general dirt built up around the edges of the flipback joins, and a little greyness in the white rear part. no edge wear, just slightly scuffed corners, and spine titles are clear and readable. The laminating on the front finishes short of the right-hand (open) edge leaving a strip about 4mm wide that is un-laminated.

Good price compared to others I've seen, but feel free to make sensible offers.

Why am I selling records?

Due to a planned downsizing of our home I am selling my entire collection of vinyl records over the next few months, so take a look at my other items. I am not a dealer or a professional collector, but I will attempt to grade the items using the UK Record Collector Grading System (see below). All the records will be carefully cleaned and listened through before grading. The majority of my collection has been barn stored and unplayed for the last 25 years, and when in use were played on good equipment (Garrard 125SB deck) and well looked after.

Postage and Packing

Records will be securely packaged and despatched as soon as possible using Royal Mail second class small parcel service with a signature required. Cost is £3.95 for up to 2 Kg. If you buy more than one record then send me a message and I will package together and send you an invoice with just one postage charge. You can get about 4 or even 5 albums under 2 Kg.

UK Record Collector Grading System

Mt = Mint: Never been played or item still sealed. Cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster (ie contents) are in perfect condition.
Mt- = Near Mint: In brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover and contents nearly perfect.
Ex = Excellent: Shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Cover and contents might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG+ = Better than Very Good: Obviously been played but no significant deterioration in sound quality despite light surface marks. Very little wear and tear on cover and contents, without any major defects.
VG = Very Good: Obviously been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, without any major defects.
Gd+ = Better than Good: Sound quality has deteriorated but with no distortion. Light scratches and occasional mild scratch. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges but not spine splits or discoloration.
Gd = Good: Sound quality has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion. Mild scratches. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.
Fair: Still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise - it may even jump. Cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor: Will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. Cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
