  • This is a vintage Special Disc Jockey record 45 rpm phonograph record by The Velours, entitled, "Don't Pity Me".  Flipside: "I'm Gonna Change".  Record label MGM K13780.  Though not in new condition this comes with the original MGM paper sleeve as shown. 

Numbers etched in the dead wax are: 

Side 1 has 103,020-2  and K13780.  Also has a couple of small sideways crooked letter "l" joined together at the bottom (the bed stamp)?  I've had this for over 35 years.  Believed to be the original.

Side 2 has the same only the number is 103,020-3 

 

  • Record is visually graded VG++ (very good ++) or better.  It has a couple of very light marks due to removing it from the paper sleeve.  These are not needle scratches.  There is a VERY slight rim warp which does not affect play.  In fact, I almost didn't see it.  The record play-grades: near mint.
