  • V6-5008 (printed on spine and back top left of jacket)
  • V/V6-5008 (printed on inside top right corner of jacket) 
  • Matrix / Runout (Side A, etched, variant 3): V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS-558 REV
  • Matrix / Runout (Side B, etched, variant 3): V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS-559
  • I believe this to be pressed in 1968, according to my research.
  • The banana sticker is still on and in tact...see pics.
  • No visible scratches on vinyl.
  • I played this once and it doesn't skip.
  • Minor yellowing and blemishes...see pics.
  • Slip cover is in good condition with minor crease in one corner.
