I'm the original owner/purchaser of this album, and I'm citing discogs as the source for this album's pressing order.  Matrix # are: V6  5046  SIDE 1 MGS - 1258 (etched)  (Side A), and V6  5046 SIDE 2 MGS - 1259 (etched)  (Side B).  Please review my description above and note that I'm listing this lp primarily as a "place holder" in a collection until a better copy comes along and not as an album to be routinely played.   I will combine S & H for multiple wins.  Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
