Description

The Versatils-In Thingy (Barclay Recordings LP 1308) M- vinyl comes with M- cover. 
Elusive LP recorded live at Deer Park Fire Co by [Clay] Barclay from 1971. This album doesn't come up on Popsike and is pretty much unknown.
Musically it’s an excellent live recording with decent spirited ‘60s rockers along with some cheesy filler. Engineer Clay Barclay was responsible for recording and producing some brilliant collectable ‘60s garage and Northern Soul 45s on his Kingston, Barclay, and Up Tight labels based out of Orwigsburg and Reading PA. He also recorded the collectable Sweet Pants LP and, from what I can gather, the Versatils is his swan song vinyl production after a prolific decade of activity involved with the Eastern PA music scene. 
Don’t miss out on this small label private press Keystone State release that very few people even know exists. Good chance you may never see it offered again.
