Description
For sale is my prized copy of the semi official bootleg LP Voyager 1 by the (then) Verve.
It is a genuine blue vinyl version of this LP of which 1000 were pressed, & only 700 or so remain due to transit damage destroying the remainder (or so the story goes).
The LP pre dates the official Verve debut album A Storm In Heaven, & features early versions of songs for that album as well as B sides & an unreleased track.
It was recorded live in New York & London in 1992.

The LP is on the Jolly Roger label, catalogue number jolly roger 2.
The sleeve & vinyl are both in an at least very good condition if not excellent, & the record plays perfectly other than the usual pops & crackles from a vinyl record that is nearly 20 years old now. I believe it was originally released in 1992 & has been in my ownership since 2000. I bought the LP from a guy advertising it in Record Collector magazine at that time. As a massive Verve fan, I am very reluctantly selling the LP as i need the money & luckily I also own a version of it on CD!
