This is a rare item, original Canadian 4 x 78 Shellac 78's in a hardbook format from 1946
As you can see from the photos the cover has seen better days, however the records are generally very clean and bright, a few marks on some, I haven't play tested this but for a Sinatra fan this is a nice collectable
