Labels: Show some very light ring wear and it has Rules crossed out in favor of Laws written in.
Record: Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs. Plays Mint- with fantastic sound! / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Rare original one-sided white label promo copy of this classic Philly Northern Soul 45 w/ mis-titled Rules scratched out in favor of hand written Laws. Absolute killer uptempo track.
