This is one of the 500 vinyl promo copies that was pressed of The White Stripes 2003 album, Elephant. To my understanding, 250 were distributed in North America and 250 were distributed throughout the rest of the world. You can tell the difference between the two by the weight of the font on the album cover- the North American ones are heavier/fatter. As such, this is a North American version.
It's in very good condition as the photos will attest. I've attempted to show the condition of the vinyl by lighting it on angle. The only flaw is on Side A you will notice a small "scratch" on the lower right corner. It's very, very light and will not effect playback. I'm hesitant to even call it a scratch as it seems so minor. (But hey, I'm being honest and doing by best to show the condition of the item as best as possible versus some others out there.)
