Labels: Excellent+. 

Vinyl Records: Close to Mint- / Excellent++ A very few light sleeve removal marks under very strong light, just a notch under Mint-.

Play Grade: Mint- 9.5/10. 

Sleeve: VG Has rubbing and wear to spine with small tear to spine side as pictured. Light ring wear. 

Inner Sleeve: Excellent+ Printed plastic inner.
