The Who - My Generation

(Brunswick LAT 8616 UK LP 1965)

 

This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve. This is in VG condition.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press -1B/ -1B matrix stampers. It has grooved Brunswick labels.

The original purchaser has written a love note on the rear of the sleeve. In the message he uses 7 of the song titles from this LP. It is dated (25/ 12/ 1965). Obviously an Xmas present & message! The sleeve is quite tatty anyway so I think that this adds a certain period charm!

 

Sleeve: Apart from the aforementioned writing. There is moderate ringwear, fading, staining & creasing. There are 2 small 1 cm tears at the front sleeve opening. Good condition.

Vinyl: Moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. There are some light marks too. Good condition. The labels are clean but show moderate spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light, or mild, crackle in some quieter places. Overall not a bad audio copy considering. 

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
