As I no longer have a record deck and following a large number of inquiries I asked around and found a friend who had a decent record deck and played the disc. Whilst there is some crackle the record plays well on both sides with no skips or jumps. The crackle does not affect the music quality and is barely noticeable even through headphones. Remember this is a record which is nearly 50 years old and is in mono rather than stereo, it has a few superficial scratches but again these do not detract from the enjoyment of the music. Best of luck with your bid, this seminal album is good value for money.
