Description

The Who - Quadrophenia - CLASSIC RECORDS 200 Gram Quietx Super Vinyl Profile (SVP). I have another of these that I listen to, and it is now time to thin out the collection and offer this rare pressing to a good home. It is still sealed, although about half of the wrapper on the opening side edge has opened itself up over the years. The rest of the wrapper is in tact, and there is enough of the opening edge side still sealed to guarantee that the records have never left the sleeve (see photo). The audio quality of this pressing is outstanding, with really solid bass and treble response, very similar to my original Decca pressing. Many, and myself included, consider this to be The Who's and Townsend's masterpiece, and some of Entwistle's best playing.
