Description
No reserve as always. This "The Who Sell Out" autographed album has a low, $9.99 opening bid, but reserve the right to end auction early since I am hanging it out there for less than the album alone is worth to album collectors.
This album is autographed by all four members of the band, Keith Moon, John Entwistle, Roger Daltrey and Pete Townsend. It appears to be done in ball point pen. The album itself has some wear to the back spine of the album cover and some moderate surface wear. Looks like there was once a sticker on the album front. The record is in pretty good shape with minor scratches, but nothing that looks significant. I have not played it to check, looks like maybe a disc washer was used as I can see light residue and it rubs right off, but I will leave untouched for the new owner. Looks like the original Decca issue record and it comes in an Atlantic record sleeve.
I am not a classic album or autograph collector, so the description is based on only my research since obtaining this album and 19 other autographed rock albums, posters and a Fender guitar from an estate that spans from the 1960's-1980's. I cannot offer a Certificate of Authenticity as I am not an expert in this field, but the serious album and autograph collectors will know what they are looking at here. The album is sold as is, so no returns please.
