Description

Rare opportunity to acquire a test pressing of this fantastic album. A true collectors piece that will only appreciate in value.

This test pressing was made by RTI industries in the US , specialists in audiophile high quality vinyl. The record was pressed on December 2 2005.

The pressing is the original mono mix of this album, taken from the master tapes and pressed on 200g vinyl . The original mono mix is quite different to the stereo mix with entirely different guitar and keyboard parts in places. This audiophile version of The Who Sell Out is now deleted.

This is the closest pressing you're ever going to get to a first stamper and it sounds great!

The record comes in a plain white sleeve, but also comes with a spare proper sleeve. Poster is not included.

The record is effectively in mint condition. I have only played it once on a high quality turntable. Presumably classic records also played it to test it and I bought it directly from them.
