The Who Sell Out Stickered Sleeve & Poster


Original 1967 Mono UK Release


Here is a fantastically rare Who item getting harder to find as collectors buy them up. It's your chance to own a genuinely rare piece of 1960's memorabilia.


The poster was printed for only 250 copies of each of Stereo and Mono and there were probably a few extra for promotion and band members. It is without doubt a rock rarity in the same way The Beatles Let It Be boxed set is.


Condition.


Record 1st Pressing


The record is in VG++ Condition The labels are really nice and clear and the vinyl is shiny. There are a few clicks and pops when playing but they don't interfere with the quality of the sound. This is a really nice copy and would suit most collections. 


Sleeve 1st Edition Patents Pending


The sleeve is VG+ Condition and is free from any major marks or tears. The colour is still vibrant and the laminate still has a nice sheen. There is ring marks from the record being in the sleeve and there is a scuff at the insert edge. The spine laminate is slightly split but doesn't have any breaks in it The sticker "Free psychedelic Poster Inside" is in good condition and has only minor discolouration. The sleeve is a first edition Patents Pending.


Poster


The poster is in VG-- Condition and has a dark spill mark on the rear. This hardly shows through on the front so if it was framed then the poster would look at least VG+. There are a couple of tears in the folds but one is just short of 1cm and the other half that. Not a massive problem. There are a few scratches to the ink but all in all this is a really nice original poster.


Delivery is free inside the UK and will be sent within 5 days of end of auction.

The record will packaged in a proper cardboard sleeve and sent with insurance.
