Description: Whos Next can arguably regarded as their "classic album" and indeed the bands only number one when origibally released in September 1971.The reason for its initial success is the inclusion of what over time have become regarded as highlights of their legendary stage performances -Baba O'RileyWont Get Fooled AgainBehind Blue Eyes .As the sleeve note indicates Whos Next arrived almost by default as it arose out of a project called Lifehouse that was meant to be the follow up to Tommy.Lifehouse was meant to be a work of multiple dimensions - film ,stage, theatre but eventually became too complex to realisePete Townshend explains the concept in a sleeve note and there is an overview by Who expert John Atkins.He also refers to the fact that although the creation was Petes, Whos Next was a triumph for the original Who line up of Roger Daltrey,John Entwistle and Keith Moon.The first CD contains all nine tracks from the original album Remastered from
