Description
This 1971 Track /Polydor 1st Pressing of Who's next, was purchased in the 1st week of it's release by the seller and is without doubt one of the Who's finest moments.
The Cover shows some minor wear which should be expected for it's age, but it has the almost unseen number DL33788 in the clouds in the front top left corner and is printed and made by MacNeill Press Ltd. London S.E.1 as shown on the rear cover.
The record itself has no visible scratches and only a few spindle marks. The matrix numbers are 2408 102 A - 1 12 & 2408 102 B - 2 1213 with MG 12888 marked on the run out groove.
The original Track/Polydor inner sleeve shows some aging in colour and is marked MADE IN ENGLAND 0771.
This album is a classic and is timeless as can be heard on the current TV advert that uses "Won't get fooled again" as it's backing track for the World Cup coverage.
A must for collectors.
