The Wipers, Youth of America ~ Psycho 23 12” 33 RPM Vinyl LP, 1981

For auction is the Youth of America LP by the Wipers. This is a 12” 33-RPM LP released by Psycho 23 in 1981. A sticker shows I bought it for $7.49 at Newbury Comics, a record store in spite of its name.
Now lets get to the condition of this LP and everything that comes with it. Pre-owned by myself, the record itself is in VG+ Excellent (E) condition. I don’t know how I kept this record in such near-perfect condition. I bought records for playing, not for collection. Typically when I bought a record, the first thing I would do is tape the weak spots of the liner to keep the record from falling out. For some reason I didn’t do that this time.
Describing the record itself, it shows no scratches, no flaws. You might see a hair or some dust temporarily on the record. Playing is perfect. Near Mint, (NM).
The record cover and sleeve? I rate both of them also VG+ with one caveat. The liner/sleeve is probably a replacement for the worn/torn original sleeve. It has browned some in the sun. I don’t know how that happened. Find fault if you must the affixed label on the cover but that is how I bought it. Beyond that, there are minor signs of wear on the edges of the cover.
