Description
Original UK 1st press copy on the blue & black Columbia label of The Yardbirds' Roger the Engineer album, issued in 1966. This has the 1 / 1 matrices and is a real survivor from the Sixties.
The front laminated flipback sleeve has no writing, seam splits or damage - just regular creases near the spine and edges, and some minor staining/grubbiness to the back cover. It's a solid VG+.
The vinyl has lots of marks, scuffs and hairlines and one feelable scratch on Side 2 but it plays through well both sides, with no skips or jumps, just some surface noise largely overshadowed by the music, and occasional soft tics. It grades VG to VG+.
The labels are VG++ to Excellent, just a little noticeable spindle wear on Side 2.

A nice original copy of this classic Yardbirds album - good player and with room to upgrade if you come across an affordable copy in better condition!
