EX/EX (Cover/LP) Now finally recognised as a true classic of its era 'Odessey and Oracle' is a faultless, timeless record. There isn't a bad track to be found here, dreamy keyboard lines and Colin Blunstones soft but raw vocals at the same time create an emotive yet commercial sound. Bothered by critical and commercial indifference in the UK, The Zombies split soon after the album's release. All five members have enjoyed long and sometimes fruitful recording careers since but not once have they recorded anything to match the majesty of this psychedelic cornerstone.
A jewel among the lot of psychedelic gems of the British Empire, that truly pass the taste of time and stand as a nagnificent piece of art, the last shout of recognition to a band with tons of talent.
