The Zombies: Odessey and Oracle -- Vinyl LP Record, Vintage
Date Records, 1968
The condition of this record looks fantastic. There a couple of minor scuff marks, finger prints, and a minor ~1/4" scratch that should not affect play back. I do not own a record player and am unable to listen to how well it plays. I do not know how to properly grade vinyl records, but will try my best to describe what I see visually. The photo is of the actual item you will receive.
The album cover is in great condition. It shows some surface wear, and minor wear along the edges and corners. The black has rubbed off in the center of the border on the bottom front of the cover.
This record does not have the protective paper sleeve.
Normally I like to do a thorough cleaning of all items I list, but with so many very different ways to clean vinyl records I am leaving the preferred cleaning method up to the buyer. I am also leaving the decision to clean the album cover up to the buyer, for them to use their preferred cleaning method. I do not want to clean using the wrong method or cause any damage.
While cleaning out a section of the garage I found more old records that were my Mom's. These were purchased new and were taken care very well. They were in a smokers home up until the late 1980's when my parents decided to stop smoking.
ADDITIONAL DESCRIPTION:
I received a question about the condition of Side 1. Photo 1 shows some marks on the vinyl (lower right). It could be caused by flash, flash reflecting off scuffs or some other reason. The record does have scuff marks, but there are no major deep ones. I have added more photos of Side 1 (please see pictures 3-7). Sometimes the scuffs show up easily, sometimes they don't. I have 100% positive feedback with 5 stars in every category because I try to provide the best customer service to make sure my customers are completely satisfied. If you are not happy, then I am not happy. If you receive an item and not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so that I can make it right.
