In recent times we have had an increased number of 1 & 2 ratings on our p&p charges, I would like to explain our charge.
We use 2 options for sending standard items 1st class recorded and RM tracked
Both services cost about the same at £2.98 per parcel
This leaves £1.01 which is for New box, New bubble wrap, New packing chips and contribution towards collection from the depot.
UNLIKE OTHER SELLERS WE CAN NOT INCORPORATE POSTAGE COSTS INTO ITEM COST (OFFERING FREE SHIPPING)
AS WE ARE TRADING ASSISTANTS AND SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE SEPERATE FROM SALE PRICE SO WE CAN PAY OUR CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT CONFUSION.
Hope this explains a few things so please know the shipping cost before you bid, if you cant leave higher than 3* rating don't buy the item.

Payment

We Prefer payment via paypal but will accept cheques in some cases if in doubt please ask
Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. We do not have the time to email each bidder who has not paid, if you intend to pay but have not had the chance please do not be offended.
Shipping
Packages are usually shipped within 3 working days of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday).
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. International postage is never free or at the same rate as the UK please wait for an invoice, this can take a couple of days after the auction ends but if you pay it will delay things more. Due to the number of international items not arriving all items must be sent via a recorded service Airsure or international signed for. Items over £39 will require insurance, items over £100 will have to go via courier.
Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
Seller is not responsible for any item during shipping so we strongly encourage bidders to purchase shipping insurance, especially items over £100.00.
UK Buyers Any item over £36 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation. This will incurr an additional charge

Returns
A Refund is quickly granted if the item is clearly mischaracterized in the listing. Because we are a consignment store, we cannot test every item. Please call us with any problems before leaving feedback. We must receive notification of such within 3 business days of receiving item or sale will be considered final. Feedback will be left upon receipt of same.
Items sold as untested are sold as is returns will not be accepted for these items.
Items being returned at our discretion as change of mind may be accepted for refund less shipping costs and a 10% restocking charge.
