Item Description: Up for sale is a brand new, never played copy of the xx's incredibly rare debut album pressed on 200 gram vinyl. I have weighed each LP to check for this. Includes very high quality prints signed by each member. This album was given a very low number of 37 out of 500. The album was only opened to check for the prints. Shrink-rap is still attached. Due to the heavy pressings of the vinyl, numerous copies show signs of splitting on the top. I have tried to show this as best as possible. Includes original black dust sleeves, but the vinyl will be shipped in high quality mobile fidelity LP sleeves. The Library of Congress uses mobile fidelity sleeves for their superior quality. The vinyl will be very carefully packaged for shipment. A bonus poster will also be included, originally apart of the band's debut album from 2009. The poster includes cover art and lyrics for every song on the album.Product Description: Special gatefold limited edition of 500 released for the band's "Sculpture of an album" exhibition, a temporary installation by video director Saam Farahmand.
Each copy includes three exclusive high-resolution prints taken from the films shown in the exhibition, each print is numbered and hand-signed by the respective band members.
Pressed on 200-gram vinyl using EMI’s Type 1400 press in Hayes (Middlesex, UK).
Side D is etched.
