Description

You are bidding on a RARE white label 1st pressing MONO pressing of Thelonious Monk BRILLIANT CORNERS. With Sonny Rollins, Ernie Henry, Clark Terry, and Max Roach! Riverside RLP 12-226. Made in the USA. 1957!!

Record has light surface marks that result in slight surface noise on Side 1 and slightly more prominent surface noise in sections of Side 2. But nothing that unduly distracts from or overpowers these great performances!

White/blue Riverside deep-grooved 1st MONO pressing!

Original heavy and laminated (first art) jacket has bright cover art. Shows some splitting at spine, as well as top and bottom seams, some staining, some corner/edge wear, and some general shelf wear. Despite these issues, jacket is itting at top and bottom seams, bright and crisp, is also in excellent condition, with no major issues - just a bit of ring wear and some light creasing.

No reserve! Happy bidding and good luck!! Payment due within 4 days of auction's closing.

Paypal preferred! Records will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. I ship internationally.

All records packed securely with bubble wrap in new, strong, professionally- manufactured record mailers, records removed from jackets (unless sealed or boxed) to avoid seam splits.
