Description
This is Columbia Records CS 8838, Thelonious Monk Criss-Cross, a 2 eye, 360 sound label original stereo issue of this classic record. The record is visually in VG++ condition showing almost no signs of wear, but playing with occasional light background crackle, audible on the solo and trio track. This is still an excellent listen with no skips or distortion and the noise from the two tracks well under the music. The cover is excellent and intact. The labels have some light spindle marks. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is still a wonderful collector's grade copy of this beautiful original issue.
