Blue and silver label. Side 2 is clearly deep groove. Side 1 is maybe deep groove, maybe shallow groove. "553 West 51st Street New York 19, N.Y." address on back cover.
Record looks and plays VG++. No scratches or scuffs. Grooves do not look heavily worn or damaged.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is shiny and bright with light wear and hint of ring wear. A few small chips of the slick missing along the pocket. The back cover has moderate wear and hint of ring wear. No split seams. Spine is bright and readable. Tiny wear spots at the corners.
