Item Details & Condition
Vinyl Condition: OG Lexington 1st Press with P Ear, RVG etched and Flat Edge. The label S1 has a caveat. I have seen this before and recently sold one like it. There is a DG on both sides, but on S1 you can't see it because a 2nd label was erroneously pasted onto the current label. This is why there is yellowing on the label. You can see the imprint marking from the other label, you can also feel the DG behind the label, so this was a manufacturing mistake. It is a true first press. There are some scuff marks on S1 that are more blemishes and do not cause issue, with some light scattered small marks, looks VG, however Playback S1 is Strong VG+ while S2 has some light scuffing and starts off VG track 1 but VG+ for track 2 and onward.
Cover Condition: OG Framed Cover w Lexington address. VG- Some staining, moderate edge wear top, heavier edge wear bottom seam, spin looks nice. Back has moderate foxing and some chipped paper.
I do my best to grade the condition accurately. I spot-check records for audible quality, usually targeting visual defects. As a collector who likes a good record purchase too, I want you to be happy with your vinyl!
