ON RIVERSIDE RECORDS MONO LP RLP 12-209
  White label reel & mike, Deep Grooved on both sides. Not a flat edge pressing, has the little hump and the vinyl isn't as thick as would be expected. It's not a modern re-issue.

The vinyl is clean and glossy, but there's a slight bit of underlying static throughout, near mint minus.
The cover light ringwear front and on the back paste-on, the bottom edge has heavy wear and there's paper missing on the bottom near the spine, VG+.
