Description

Los Angeles California, Halloween night 1964, the It Club is LA's hottest jazz club. The engineer who taped these performances did an excellent job, as did Kevin Gray mastering these gems for vinyl release, the sound is impressive to say the least, Huge soundstage great separation, even though Charlie Rouse wonders off mic every now and then, just adds to the feeling of listening to a live Thelonious Monk show. The cover is slightly damaged due to my using a knife to open the shipping carton, hence the lower price (see photo). The vinyl itself is perfect. This has been stored inside a glass case in my listening room, a smoke free house, my dogs are not allowed in. Thank you for your interest, Arthur
