I have been a eBay member for over eight years now and so my reputations stands before me. I am selling my 1000 LP Record collection from 1968 - 1988.

Unable to confirm line up on recording sessions: Recording with Decca and using both touring musicians and session musicians for 1965 release at Decca UK.
The first recording sessions took place in London England in Decca Records' recording studios in West Hampstead on 5 July 1964.  Dick Rowe brought in session musicians Arthur Greenslade on organ and Bobby Graham on drums. in August 1964.  Them made their television debut on Ready Steady Go!, joining The Rolling Stones on the  same bill. Solomon used his connections to have Baby Please Don't Go played as the weekly signature tune for the television show and  within two weeks it was #26 on the charts. The single, which featured the now-legendary "Gloria" as its B-side, turned into a smash hit  in the UK, finally peaking in the Top Ten on the UK Singles Chart.

SLEEVE: The sleeve is in Excellent condition and it has had a plastic cover over it since 1972 with a few very minor creases. The front cover is near perfect. The back cover is very clean with just a little foxing. I can’t imagine that you will ever find a better one!     

               Comes in a single medium - heavy weight sleeve. Exported to Australia

VINYL : The vinyl is in very good condition with no pops or clicks a very slight studio pressing hiss (Depends on your turntable / needle and filtering unit) which is common for Decca label. It’s a top quality mid-weight Decca pressing which retains a lovely deep mirror-like shine and rotates evenly on the turntable. This album has been played about fifteen times from 1972 till 1998 with excellent hi fi gear.

 

SLEEVE: The white poly-lined inner sleeve is in unmarked EX condition with no splits or tears – just some age toning near the edges.

 

This is a great opportunity to acquire a very good copy of this incredibly hard to find album.  The top price for this album with no flaws is about US$420 hence my album has been played as it should and so I value a little less to be realistic
