Detail: Visually grade VG+ record have light scratch and hairline, more visible on side 2, but nothing that affect playback, play almost NM. Sleeve is graded VG it have split on top and bottom, both have been repair from the inside but otherwise the sleeve have only very light ring wear and if it wasn't of the split it would be very close to EX.
All my record are cleaned with a Keith Monks RCM. All record come with a new inner sleeve ( if there's a original it would be included)and a new plastic outer sleeve.
All my record are grade visually (except when mentioned) and made under 100 Watt light after the record had been clean. If you have any question feel free to ask.
Grading scale
MINT

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
