Description

This item is an old US vinyl pressing of “Fighting” by newly-coined Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame candidates, Thin Lizzy, that was released in 1975 on Mercury Records (SRM-1-1108), although discogs.com says this is a 1976 Pitman Pressing reissue that I see no signs of knowing for sure.
Condition Notes
VINYL: MINT.
JACKET: Ring wear only noticeable on the reverse since the black ink of “Nightlife” preceded this light-inked back cover of “Fighting” for more than 35 years on my record shelf! I see some stress marks on the back middle portion in direct light and a “thumb?” bend on the front to the left of Scott’s right knee of approximately 1”. Two left corners have some wear and a ding on the bottom left, the right corners are almost perfect. Really minimal shelf wear throughout.
SLEEVE: This generic white sleeve, surprisingly, hasn’t ambered from Father Time and has almost no handling wrinkles. There is a factory insertion crease on the upper left. No splits!
