Fighting Rare! Live in Ludwisshafen and excellent sound.?
This show was done during the "Fighting Tour" to support Thin Lizzy's 5th LP "Fighting" but only their 2nd LP with this "Classic Lizzy Line-Up" of Lynott/Downey/Gorham/Robertson line up that went on to later record "Jailbreak" LP and "Live and Dangerous". "Fighting", "It's Only Money","King's Vengence" and "Showdown", which is dedicated to Manchester United Phil's favourite football team, were dropped from Thin Lizzy's live set after this tour.
Still in love with show Brain Robertson making this track into his "Trademark".
Thin Lizzy's live set list change radically after the release of their next album "Jailbreak". It is interesting to hear Robertson and Gorham trading guitar licks during the "The Rocker". The show gets wrapped up with 3 sing-a-long tracks that were a staple of Thin Lizzy's live set for the remaining of the 70's.
