Description

Very rare first issue of "Three"12 inch EP by U2. The record has never been played and is in mint condition. The sleeve has slight wear marks - see photo. This was U2's first ever recorded release and was only available in Ireland. There were 1000 copies made, each numbered with a sticker on the CBS sleeve. This one is number 927, and was given to me by the band when I was a roadie for them in Ireland in 1979.
The band members names are inscribed on both sides of the vinyl in the dead wax. Ireland is spelled correctly on label, with "Made in England" on the bottom. The band name is spelled "U-2" on labels. Line-up and producer credits do not appear on release.
