Description
Throbbing Gristle NANAVESH Music from the Death Factory
Premier Issue. London, Dave Farmer, 1980. Staple-bound card wraps, 30x18,5cm, 12 pp. including covers.
Dave Farmer, in the words of Genesis P-Orridge, was “a friend of Throbbing gristle who had worked for them at times and later published this zine.” The ‘zine which, began as a homage to Throbbing Gristle, lasted five issues and included other industrial groups before folding. Issue five (23 Drifts to Guestling, 1983) was issued on cassette. Despite the cut-and-paste and hand-written layout, the cover is surprisingly professional with a glossy red and black cover. Contents include a “basic A – Z of T.G.” with some history of the band, news clippings, and a couple of photos unique to this ‘zine.
Rare and highly sought after! In VERY GOOD condition (see scan and photos).

Dais Records ?(DAIS 051)
Vinyl, LP, Album, Limited Edition / USA 2013
The most recent installment of the rare & unheard archival recordings from the transgressive 70's performance art group COUM Transmissions. Founded in late 1969 by Genesis P-Orridge & Jesus Joheero, COUM Transmissions’s provocative performances mixed with visual art solidified the group as one of the most forward thinking breakthroughs within the 70?s conceptual art scene. Only in the past couple years has COUM’s recorded works seen the light of day. This release collects various selections spanning the years 1971 through 1975, including a rare live performance opening for Hawkwind, lost radio interview, obtuse poetry readings by early member Fizzey Peat, piano & violin compositions by Genesis P-Orridge and insightful field recordings.
Limited to 1000 copies.
Vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition!
