Tri-fold booklet with translation sheet and 2 inserts from Yves / Sordide Sentimentale

45rpm record is in VG condition, does seem to have been played but I've had this for about 20 years and nver played it. Has been in clean, dry, smoke-free storage.

Having been bagged, the booklet has no interior issues. The bottom front right corner is bent and there is a dimple to the rear right corner. Somewhere between a Good+ and a VG-.
