The picture is Side A of the 12"-picture-disc; the b-side uses an image on the Industrial Culture Handbook.

NM Near Mint...played but still perfect
EX Excellent...very tiny barely visible flaws (CD/Record may have tiny marks) (Cover/Jacket has slight imperfections)
VG Very Good... few noticible flaws 90%-95% perfect (CD/Record may have a few scuffs or scratches) (Cover/Jacket has minor more noticible wear or slight edgewear)
G Good... severely flawed but still playable (CD/Record will have a lot of scuffs or scratches) (Cover/Jacket has severe wear or ringwear & edgewear)
