My Very Favourite Nursery Rhymes is an album by Tim Hart and Friends.

By 1981 both Tim Hart and Maddy Prior had children, so it was appropriate to create an album of children's songs. The treatment is very light and poppy. The clever use of synthesisers makes it seems as if there is a whole orchestra present at times. Tim takes the lead on most songs. "Old MacDonald" and "Bobby Shaftoe" are given country-and-western treatments. John Kirkpatrick takes the lead vocals on "Little Bo Peep". Melanie Harold leads on "Bobby Shaftoe". The album was released in Australia on EMI Records housed in picture sleeve near mint EMI Records - GIVE-2007.

EXCELLENT (EX)

The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG)              

The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.

GOOD (G)

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.

CONDITION: This item is in excellent or mint condition unless stated above.
