Up for auction is a rare recording: BACH-BRANDENBURG CONCERTOS 4 & 5-TIMEGATE TG 234.

 For those who aren't familiar, this recording was produced for demonstration by Timegate Speakers in 1981.  An all-star team came together for its production.  Mark Levinson provided most of the recording equipment.  Famed engineer Peter McGrath did the actual recording.  Bob Ludwig at Masterdisk cut the masters, and the pressing was done by Europadisc on the finest Teldec vinyl.  This is often considered to be the finest Chamber Music album ever made.  An interesting review can be found here :  http://www.high-endaudio.com/SR-DIVINITY.html#Sml
